But in stead of thinking about something bad and recall some bad moments of your life why not think about something good and recall only good moments of your life, because I am sure that you have experiences many happy moments. So what you should do is recalling this positive experience every single day and forget about everything bad and everything that can really make you feel depressed.

Also what you should do is to be more humorous. Don’t be afraid or ashamed to laugh out loud and smile more to other people. It will also keep your mood up and help you to have more optimistic approach to your life. Try to be more optimistic in your life, because if you would always think that everything bad as the result you will get even in deeper troubles. So what you should do is always look for the bright side of things and keep up to this bright side.
