So it could be great if you had your own schedule for meal taking. And I would really advise you to start your day with full breakfast. For your information in the morning you can eat almost al kind of food, because you digestion is working much better in that period of day. So you don’t need to be afraid of weight gain and you can surely prepare yourself those dishes you like the most, but remember to do it only in the morning time.
It will really help you to be more energetic at work and don’t spend additional money on all this snack or donuts which are also very dangerous to you health. And I would really advice to eat only a healthy food or some fruits at work and try to avoid caffeine, because it can only make you more irritable.
